Step by Step Guide to QVC Online Bookings
Please note: You must be a registered member in order to transact in the Online Reservations System. The online reservation must be done in the name of the contract holder.
Booking Guide
- Click on the Online Bookings button at the top of the QVC Home page.
Note: The online bookings can also be accessed by clicking on "resort portfolio". Simply choose a resort and click on book now.
- If you are making use of the Online facility for the first time, please register. If you have already registered for Online transactions, please login by entering your User Name and Password in the fields provided.
- Once you have logged in, the "Search" page will automatically open.
- Check the Club Units display table to determine your Club Unit availability. Please note, the system will only allow you to confirm a booking if you do not have sufficient Club Units available for the specific week requested.
- Select the country, region and the dates required in the available drop down box.
- When you find a suitable week, click on the week and the system will guide you through the process to book the week. If the "book" button does not show alongside the week you are viewing, then you do not have sufficient Club Units available for that specific week, or there might be a discrepancy on your Payment (Contact the client services department)
- The "I" button allows you to view resort facilities; unit / chalet facilities and directions to the resort.
- During the process of confirming your booking, the Online Booking Cancellation Policy will appear and you will be required to confirm acceptance of this policy before proceeding.
- If, during the booking process, your request shows as "pending", this means that the system is waiting for the database to match your request and will come back with a result in due course. You will receive an email stating if the booking was successful or not.
- Note: In extreme cases mail might take 24 hours to reach you. Email will be sent to email address as per registration.
- Once you have finalised the booking, you will have the option to confirm the booking for yourself, or as a Guest Certificate in the name of a third party. If you opt to request a Guest Certificate, you will be required to complete the details of the guest. You will then have the option to either email the Guest Certificate Confirmation to yourself or directly to your guest, or you can select "open", which allows you to print a copy of the confirmation.
- Once the booking has been confirmed, you will have the option to save or print the booking confirmation.
- Please note, at this point, your confirmed booking is now subject to the accepted Booking Cancellation policy.
If you would like to view your Online Reservations
Click on the “Bookings” tab.
Choose either “Current” or “History”.
Current means bookings that have been made, but have not yet been occupied, i.e. the occupation date is in the future.
History means bookings made that have already been occupied, i.e. the occupation dates have already passed.
Please note: You are only able to view your Online Reservations online. Any bookings made through ACT Travel, via the normal telephonic process, will not show in your online file.

Cancellation Policy
- The cancellation policy comes into effect immediately once the booking is confirmed
- Booking cancellations may not be done online; you will have to contact our client services department on tel. 087 805 2500 or email correspondence@oaks.co.za
- In order to arrange for a cancellation (please quote your booking confirmation reference number)
- Cancellations/changes of confirmed bookings will only be accepted up to a minimum of 6 (six) weeks prior to the due occupation date
- A nominal cancellation fee is payable (contact the client services department for the amount)
- Your Club Units will only be reinstated once proof of payment of the cancellation fee has been received.
- Should you cancel a booking within the 6 (six) week period prior to the due occupation date, then the Club Units used for that booking will be forfeited
- SWAPS: Should you wish to swap the resort booked for another resort, for the same dates booked, we will allow this swap at no extra cost or cancellation fee, provided that you have sufficient Club Units to qualify for that booking and subject to availability
