Cook in a large saucepan of boiling water for 3 minutes until just tender. Drain and refresh. Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the spinach, kale, garlic and a good pinch of salt. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute then add the cooked buckwheat and stir to heat through. Add the granola ingredients. Stir until coated in oil; add chopped apple.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer mixture to a foil-lined 38 x 25 cm pan. Bake, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 12-15 minutes (do not burn).<\/li>\n<li>Cool 10 minutes.
