4. AGREEMENT

Why have I received a certified copy of the share certificate?

We provide members with a certified copy of their share certificate. The Club will hold the original on the member's file for safe keeping.

Once I have joined, how long will it take for me to get my Agreement?

At point of sale you will be given a yellow copy of your Agreement to take home for your own perusal. However, it could take between 4-8 weeks for your Agreement to be processed after which, you will receive a welcome call and the Agreement will be sent to you via registered post.

When will my club membership expire?

Membership of the club is inextricably linked to ownership of a timesharing interest and therefore, your membership of the club will not expire for as long as you remain the owner of your timeshare, as provided for in the Property Time-Sharing Control Act.
