    We have been members of QVC since 2000. I only have good things to say about the wonderful service we have always received from them. Everytime we have phoned to book a holiday, our reservation has always been brilliantly handled, by the nicest staff members. So far we have been to Crystal Springs, the Pine Lake Inn, Sudwala Lodge, Mabalingwe, Carribean Estates, Suntide Cabannas, Midlands Saddle and Trout, Nottingham Road hotel. We have also used our points to go to Mnarani Estates, the most wonderful place in Kenya, have been there 4 times already. And are visiting Monateng, and Ukutula lodges in October.

    I think the secret to booking with QVC is to choose an area, and find out what they have available in the time you would like to go, oh and book in advance. Though we did managed to get accomodation for my step sister, a week before Christmas. So once again, a huge thank you to all the staff at QVC, you guys ROCK

    Ons is baie beindruk met julle diens. Dit was vir ons besonder lekker by Ekuthuleni naby Hoedspruit. Ons dink die organisasie by die vakansieplek verdien 'n hele paar sterre.Ons maak nou gereed vir 'n paar dae by Ngwenya lodge by Komatipoort en sien baie daarna uit.

    Charmaine hou aan met jou goeie diens. Laat weet ons asseblief van enige specials waarvan ons gebruik kan maak.

    Ek wil u net graag gelukwens met die uitstekende professionele hulp wat ons van u afdelink ontvang het.
    Ons het sedert Maandag geskakel met verskeie navrae en het 'gelukkig' met ons 2de navraag by Marica Neethling uitgekom. Sy was ongelooflik vriendelik en hulpvaardig. Het behoorlik die ekstra 'myl' geloop om ons tevrede te stel. Baie geluk met u puik diens en 'n baie bekwame dame op u afdeling.

    Good Afternoon

    Our family have been members of QVC for about 10 years now and we have enjoyed fabulous holidays. Being retired and on pension, I am the person who does all the telephonic reservations and I am very pleased when I hear that I am through to Lerato Gasebone. She has a lovely cheerful voice when she answers the phone and really sounds as if she is willing and pleased to help one. She has always been very helpful in trying to accommodate my requests and usually she does.

    My son and I were at your offices last week Monday and I mentioned this to the consultant and she suggested that I let you know my thoughts about Lerato - I think you have a gem in her.

    Please don't misunderstand me, the others too are efficient and courteous, but Lerato just shines.

    In fact I have been a member of Quality Vacation Club since February 1998 and quite honestly your service over the past 13 years has been outstanding.

    My wife and I have frequently been on holidays to your Garden Route Resorts where the Service has always been friendly and professional and the Accommodation neat, clean and immaculately maintained in particular at Baywater Village.

    Since the 1990's when your Offices were located in Sedgefield until to-day your Operators have always handled my requests for accommodation efficiently and advice is readily available.

    Thank you for making our holidays so pleasant . It is very much appreciated.

    You surely deserve to be the Senior Consultant at QVC, especially the way you assisted a "Grandpa" to get the perfect accommodation for his yearly visit to Dikhololo with his grand kids.

    Baie dankie, Ronel, vir die bedanking maar dit is eintlik ek en Annatjie wat vir jou en Leon en al die ander liewe mensies betrokke by Ukuthula dankie moet se vir al die lekker tye wat ons al by julle kon deurgebring het.

    Ek het bietjie my rekords nagegaan en was hierdie besoek ons 14de een sedert ons in Mei 2005 die eerste keer gaan kyk het hoe hierdie plek in die Bosveld nou eintlik lyk en hoe die ding van etes saam met die verblyf gaan uitwerk.

    Glo my ons was onmiddellik verlief op die plek en afgesien van die rustigheid van die plek, die ongelooflike lekker kos en die lekker akkommodasie, dink ek dit wat ons die meeste getref het en waarop ons verlief geraak het is die vriendelikheid van almal. As ek sê almal dan bedoel ek almal van die top tot die skoonmakers en nie net vir die eenkeer nie maar elke liewe keer wat ons daar is sonder uitsondering. Daarom kon ons nie anders as om maar net elke keer weer terug te gaan nie en het ons by baie geleenthede ook ander saam met ons geneem. Ons het alreeds weer bespreek vir Okt 2011 wanneer ons besoekers uit New Zealand saamneem en dan ook vir Nov 2011 wanneer ons familie saamneem. Ons voel soos familie en hoop nie julle word dik vir die Coetzee's se gesigte nie.

    As ek terugdink hoe die plek in 2005 gelyk het en hoe dit nou daar uitsien dan moet ek julle ook ‘n baie groot kompliment gee vir wat julle vermag het want sulke goed kom beslis nie vanself en sonder groot inspanning en opoffering nie. Wat my ook opval is dat julle nie op julle louere rus nie maar gedurig besig is met verbeterings en beplannings. As julle so aangaan wonder ek hoe Ukuthula oor 'n verdere 6 jaar daar gaan uitsien.

    I have just returned from Modumela lodge on 1/7/2011.

    I wish to thank you for the lovely week in which we were able to really relax. The lodge is lovely and June and Clive are excellent hosts. They are the life of Modumela. The staff are very helpful, friendly and polite. The service and accommodation cannot be faulted. The food is excellent and of course I have picked up weight.

    This was a unique experience which I will always remember.

    Morning Anel,

    I own points with QVC, and I suppose I can be considered as a frequent "holidayer " .

    I have owned these points for the past 12 years. During this time I have dealt with various consultants from your company, a few months ago when I phoned for a reservation, I was transferred to Twanete. Since that day I refuse to deal with any other Consultant (putting it bluntly), reason being, in my opinion Twanete is just a cut above the rest.

    She has all the attributes and more than any other Consultant I have ever dealt with. I would like to share all the "little things" she does on every single reservation I make. She will phone me and confirm whether I have received my confirmation, after my stay at the resort she will once again confirm whether I have enjoyed my stay. Now that could just be a sincere follow up, but 9 out of 10 times I end up making another booking. She is always smiling while speaks to me, even under pressure. She never "rushes" the conversation, even though I sometimes take time to decide whether I want to make a booking. I thoroughly enjoy speaking to her, and she makes me feel very special, almost as if I am the only person that owns points in the club.

    She goes the extra mile and always calls me back within the hour if I leave a message or send a mail to her. I am always telling people about my experiences when I go on holiday, and I tell them that I get the best service.

    Thanks Twanete, you make a difference in my life.

    I am writing this letter to you, to inform you, that you have a valuable member in your team who delivers client services with a smile. ( You can hear the smile over the telephone) I find that it is very pleasant to deal with Raynald - I ask for him by name. He is absolutely friendly and this will be the second time in me dealing with him. Last year, when I called your offices, (which was my FIRST holiday booking EVER!) he went beyond the call of duty and e-mailed all the details he could find on places that were available, not only did he do that, but he called me on the day I was leaving for my holiday to remind me that I needed my ID and wished me a safe journey to the South Coast. I did not have to make a single call or double check anything!

    Having said all of this, I also want to let you know that I had called twice before "finding" Raynald as I was not given the prompt service that he delivers. He did not cut me off in the middle of my enquiry nor did he make me sound like an idiot. Raynald on the other hand was very accomodating and you could feel the understanding and warmth from him.

    Sir/Madam, my family and I are not what you would call big holiday makers and huge point holders. We can only afford to go on holidays atleast once a year and it is always locally. Raynald, finds the best place for us and also manages to get them according to my requirements.

    Raynald, well done and keep up the good work. Good manners and a smile over the telephone does not go unnoticed! Now, Please call me back so that I can book my holiday for this year! Your line was busy. Thank you.

    I know that I am not really a Premier client , but I was told to contact Premier Booking by Carene Breytenbach when we bought a another 30 points from her in 2008 at Caribbean Estate on the South Coast.

    I have been dealing with Lerato since 2008 and I have found her always very friendly , helpful and efficient that is why. I like dealing with her , because I get the service I want.

    This week in 4 days I did not achieve anything until Lerato contacted me on Thursday afternoon and within 10 minutes, my accommodation and booking had been completed and that is outstanding service and a satisfied client. She takes her time to make the client happy by helping to find accommodation that they need.

    Graag wil ek net ons waardering uitspreek vir die goeie diens wat ons ontvang wanneer ons besprekings maak vir ons woonwanaweke. Ek stuur net vir Danielle my lysie van woonwakampe waar en wanneer ons wil kamp en sy hou my gereeld op hoogte van hoe die besprekings vorder en sommer spoedig nadat ons die bespreking aanvaar het kry ons die bevestiging vanaf Karen (le Roux).

    Dit is die afgelope byna twee jaar is dit werklik 'n plesier om deur julle besprekings te maak en dat dit san so vinig aandag geniet en die flinke bevestiging wanneer die plekke bespreek is. Geen bekommersnisse en ure op die foon nie want Danielle en Karen sorg so mooi vir alles. Sedert ons by QVC ons punte gekoop het, en ons uitgeviind het dat ons-ons naweke kampe deur julle kan bespreek, is dit net een groot plesier om deel van QVC te wees. Nogmaals baie dankie dit word hoog op prys gestel dat ons altyd vriendelik gehelp word.

    Hi Anel,

    I would like to take a couple of minutes to inform you of the outstanding service that I received from Twanet. Previously I have been a very unhappy QVC customer as I have always struggled to get accommodation when & where I want it, no matter how early I book. I wanted to go down to the coast next week and there was nothing available. Twanet put in a huge effort and tried to source me something on a daily basis. She finally managed to get me accommodation.
