Email Communications:
Kindly address your queries to the applicable department, e.g. general queries should be directed to Member Services Department and Reservation requests directed at Reservations Department. Where possible please avoid addressing emails to more than one recipient to prevent delaying the process.

Telephone Communications:
Please note that some companies put outgoing call restrictions on their PA phone systems, which may prevent you connecting to our line. In this case, you would be able to contact us from a direct landline or cell phone. Once connected, our automated voice prompt will assist with the available options to ensure that your call is directed to the correct department.
