PAY YOUR 2024 MANAGEMENT FEE EARLY AND BENEFIT A WHOLE LOT
Although the board-approved 2024 Management Fee has increased to 9.8%, you're now getting a bang for your buck if you pay your Fee by 31 December 2023.
By being an Early Bird and paying your 2024 fee in full, you will:
- Receive a 7% discount on the raised Management Fee.
This means, paying your 2024 Management Fee by 31 December 2023 will only lead to a Fee increase of 3%! - Automatically be entered into a draw to have your 2024 Management Fee credited
- Be entitled to a free midweek holiday in 2024
These are trying times, and we want to do our best to get you on holiday, ease financial burdens, and enhance your Club holiday portfolio experience, wherever and whenever possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The 2024 Management (or Membership) Fee must be paid in full by 31 December 2023 to qualify.
- For the Management Fee credit draw, the winner's 2024 management fee will be credited towards their 2025 management fee.
The balance of the 2025 management fee will still be payable by the member when it's due, as per their current payment plan and method. - If we are unsuccessful in our attempts to reach the lucky draw winner via call or email, following reasonable attempts, another member will be selected.
- If money/payment is reversed after the fact, the 7% discount offered on the 2024 Fee will automatically be reversed, and become payable.
Any points that were released will be revoked until the account is up to date. - Should a booking be confirmed prior to falling into arrears, said booking will be cancelled and will need to be rebooked once accounts are up to date.
- The Club has the right to stop or withdraw this promotion at any time.
- The free midweek holiday in 2024 is only applicable for bookings at Crystal Springs, Sudwala Lodge, and Uvongo River Resort.
